  • 2 pieces corn tostada shells
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 120 g refried beans
  • 30 g lettuce
  • 60 g salsa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil(optional)
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning(optional)
  • 1 tsp lime juice(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil if using, and brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon; sprinkle taco seasoning and cook for 5 minutes until fully cooked.

  2. 2

While the beef cooks, warm the refried beans in a small saucepan or microwave until heated through.

  3. 3

  4. 4

Assemble each tostada: spread a layer of refried beans, top with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, and a spoonful of salsa; drizzle with lime juice if desired and serve immediately.
