Ingredients
- 2 cans Canned tuna in water
- 2 pieces Large flour or whole wheat tortillas
- 0.5 cup Cucumber, diced
- 0.25 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons Red onion, finely minced
- 0.25 cup Feta cheese, crumbled(optional)
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 cup Fresh spinach or arugula

Drain the tuna thoroughly and place it in a medium mixing bowl.

Flake the tuna with a fork and add the cucumber, olives, red onion, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayo), lemon juice, and dried oregano.

Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and stir until evenly combined.

Lay the tortillas flat and place a layer of spinach or arugula in the center of each.

Divide the tuna mixture evenly between the tortillas.
