- 1 cup, diced Cucumber
- 0.5 cup, halved Cherry Tomatoes
- 0.25 cup, finely minced Red Onion
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh Parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 0.5 tsp Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp, crumbled Feta Cheese(optional)
