Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread (ciabatta or sourdough), sliced
  • 4 tbsp Pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6 oz Mareco (cooked sliced meat or sausage)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated(optional)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil (for pan)(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (10 minutes): Lay out the bread slices. Spread pesto evenly on one side of each slice. Layer mareco and mozzarella on two slices, then top with the remaining pesto-spread slices (pesto-side in). If using, sprinkle parmesan on top.

Finish: Remove from the skillet, rest 1 minute, then slice in half and serve hot.
