Ingredients
- 30 oz Canned chickpeas
- 1 large English cucumber
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 0.25 cup Red onion
- 0.5 cup Fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp Salt and black pepper
- 0.25 cup Feta cheese(optional)
