Ingredients
- 2 pieces Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley(optional)
Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon skin-side up in the pan and sear for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Flip the salmon and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.

Cook for another 3-5 minutes, spooning the melting garlic butter over the fish continuously.

Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with the pan sauce.
