Ingredients

  • 200 g ground beef
  • 4 taco shells (soft)
  • 1/2 cup kimchi
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula; cook for 5‑7 minutes until browned, stirring in garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

While the beef cooks, combine kimchi, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a bowl; toss to coat and set aside as slaw.

  3. 3

Warm the soft taco shells in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 15 seconds.

  4. 4

Assemble tacos by dividing the cooked beef among the shells and topping each with a generous spoonful of kimchi slaw. Serve immediately.
