- 2 pieces Salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 stalk Green onions(optional)
Instructions

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon skin-side up in the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic mixture into the pan.

Cook for another 3 minutes while spooning the sauce over the fillets as it thickens into a glaze.
