Honey Garlic Glazed Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lb Large shrimp
- 0.33 cup Honey
- 0.25 cup Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger(optional)
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2 stalks Green onions(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Place the shrimp in a large bowl or sealable bag and pour half of the sauce over them. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp to the skillet (discard the marinade they were sitting in) and cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Pour the remaining half of the fresh sauce into the skillet and toss to coat the shrimp.

Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly into a glaze.

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
