- 0.33 cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Season both sides of the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the pork chops from the pan and set aside on a plate.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Whisk in the honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
