- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder, unflavored
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 0.5 cup Pomegranate arils
- 3 tablespoons Cold water
- 4 sprigs Fresh mint leaves(optional)

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and honey, stirring until the honey dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
