Ingredients

  • 15 oz Canned chickpeas
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 10 pieces Kalamata olives(optional)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.

    Dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely slice the red onion.
