- 200 g Sauerkraut, drained
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (gluten‑free)

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage links and brown on all sides, about 8 minutes.
