  • 2 slices Sourdough bread slices
  • 2 medium Ripe Hass avocados
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 whole Radishes, thinly sliced(optional)
  • 0.25 cup Microgreens(optional)
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions

    Place the sourdough slices in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown and crisp.

    Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a small mixing bowl.

    Add the lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the avocado.

    Mash the avocado mixture with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency, leaving some small chunks for texture.
