  • 2 units English muffins
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano(optional)
  • 8 slices Pepperoni slices(optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder(optional)

    Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Split the English muffins in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.

    Optional: Toast the muffin halves for 2 minutes before adding toppings to ensure a crispier crust.

    Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each muffin half.

    Sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder and oregano over the sauce.
