Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup Enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 small Tortillas (corn or flour), cut into strips
- 1 tsp Olive oil(optional)
- 2 tbsp Sour cream(optional)
- 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro(optional)
- 2 tbsp Diced red onion(optional)

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly oil a small baking dish.

In the baking dish, spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce. Add tortilla strips, then layer shredded chicken and remaining enchilada sauce.
