  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely diced
  • 0.5 cup Green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.75 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 4 count Hamburger buns

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground turkey until no pink remains, breaking it into small crumbles.

    Add the diced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, water, brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
