Ingredients

  • 10 oz White fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 6 Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 Lime
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat fish fillets dry and season both sides with chili powder, cumin, and half the salt. Zest and juice one lime.

  2. 2

In a bowl, mix sour cream, the juice of the second lime, a pinch of salt, and cilantro. Toss the shredded cabbage with half of this crema to make the slaw.

  3. 3

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the fish 3-4 minutes per side until golden and it flakes easily with a fork, about 8 minutes total.

  4. 4

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds.

  5. 5

Flake the fish into large chunks, divide among the tortillas, top with slaw, and drizzle with the remaining lime crema. Serve with lime wedges.
