Ingredients
- 12 ounces Lo Mein noodles or spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Carrots, julienned
- 1 cup Snow peas
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced(optional)
Instructions

Boil a large pot of water and cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic to create the sauce.

Heat the olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
