- 2 lbs Ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 medium Yellow onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 units Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar(optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, milk, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Press the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar to create the glaze.

Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
