- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 cups Miniature marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla bean paste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh orange zest
- 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup White chocolate chips(optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create an even crust layer.

Bake the crust for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, and orange zest.
