- 0.25 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley(optional)

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Stir in the cinnamon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until the glaze is smooth.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Generously brush the glaze over the top and sides of each salmon fillet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
