Ingredients

  • 4 6oz portions Salmon Fillets
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil.

  3. 3

Stir in the cinnamon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until the glaze is smooth.

  4. 4

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. 5

Generously brush the glaze over the top and sides of each salmon fillet.

  6. 6

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  7. 7

Switch the oven to broil for the last 2 minutes to caramelize the honey glaze into a dark crust.

  8. 8

Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
