  • 0.5 cup Frozen peas
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon White pepper(optional)

Instructions

    Heat one tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

    Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble quickly until just set, then remove from the pan and set aside.
