- 2 cups Bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Mung bean sprouts
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 4 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Cornstarch

Cook the chow mein noodles in boiling water according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
