Ingredients
- 8 oz Ground beef
- 4 Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Salsa(optional)
- 1/4 cup Sour cream(optional)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and taco seasoning, breaking up the meat as it cooks, about 5-6 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.

Wipe out the skillet and return to medium heat. Place a tortilla in the pan, sprinkle half with cheese, spoon beef over the cheese, then top with more cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
- 3
Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy, pressing gently with a spatula. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- 4
Slice quesadillas into wedges and serve warm with salsa and sour cream on the side.
