Ingredients
- 2 pieces Naan or pre-made flatbread
- 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder(optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic powder.

Slice the fresh mozzarella into rounds or tear into bite-sized pieces and distribute evenly over the flatbreads.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them cut-side up on top of the cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and immediately top with fresh torn basil leaves.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze, slice, and serve warm.
