- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey(optional)
- 0.5 cup Fresh blueberries
- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract

In a wide-mouth glass mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.

Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the dry ingredients.
- 3
Stir the mixture thoroughly until no dry clumps of oats or chia seeds remain.

Gently fold in half of the fresh blueberries, slightly mashing a few to release their natural juices.

Seal the container tightly with a lid and shake vigorously for ten seconds.

Place the jar in the refrigerator and allow it to set for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.

In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and add a splash of extra milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
