- 1/2 cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey(optional)
- 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sliced almonds(optional)

In a wide-mouth glass mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.

Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the dry ingredients.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until no dry clumps of oats or chia seeds remain.

Gently fold in half of the fresh blueberries, slightly mashing a few to release their natural juices.

Seal the container tightly with a lid and shake vigorously for ten seconds.

Place the jar in the refrigerator and allow it to set for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.

In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and add a splash of extra milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
