Ingredients
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 2 cans Canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 cups Shredded lettuce
- 1 large Tomato, diced
- 0.5 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup Sour cream(optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly brush both sides of the tortillas with oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes per side until crisp and golden.

While tortillas bake, place the black beans in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add cumin, garlic powder, and a splash of water. Mash about half of the beans with a fork to create a creamy texture.

Cook the beans for 5 minutes until heated through and thickened.
