  • 2 cans Canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 8 pieces Corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage or lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Salsa(optional)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(optional)

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder to the skillet.

    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and lightly mashing some beans with a fork to create texture.

    Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds.
