Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage Mix
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Cilantro(optional)
  • 8 pieces Small Corn Tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Water

Instructions

  1. 1

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat.

  2. 2

Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid has thickened into a sauce.

  3. 3

While the beef simmers, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a medium bowl.

  4. 4

Toss the shredded cabbage mix with the dressing until evenly coated to create the slaw.

  5. 5

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 30 seconds.

  6. 6

Assemble tacos by placing a generous spoonful of beef into each tortilla and topping with a heap of the fresh slaw.
