- 12 count Slider buns (brioche or Hawaiian)
- 1 pound Ground pork sausage
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon (Do Chua)
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 small Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro sprigs
- 1 medium Jalapeño, thinly sliced(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning or Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sriracha to create the spicy spread.

Shape the ground pork sausage into 12 small flat patties and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.

In a separate pan, melt butter and scramble the eggs with a dash of Maggi seasoning until just set.

Slice the entire pack of slider buns in half horizontally and lightly toast the cut sides.

Spread the sriracha mayo generously on both the top and bottom halves of the toasted buns.
