  • 1 pound Ground pork sausage
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon (Do Chua)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 small Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro sprigs
  • 1 medium Jalapeño, thinly sliced(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning or Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sriracha to create the spicy spread.

    Shape the ground pork sausage into 12 small flat patties and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.

    In a separate pan, melt butter and scramble the eggs with a dash of Maggi seasoning until just set.

    Slice the entire pack of slider buns in half horizontally and lightly toast the cut sides.
