  • 15 oz Canned chickpeas
  • 1 whole Ripe avocado
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
