- 2/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Fuji or Honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1 pinch Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon Chopped walnuts(optional)

Stir the mixture thoroughly until no dry clumps of oats or chia seeds remain.
