  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

    Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum skin crispiness.
