Ingredients
- 2 large Chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 3/4 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bottle Olive oil spray

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.

Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the egg wash, and finally coat thoroughly with the panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the chicken inside without overlapping.

Spray the tops of the chicken generously with olive oil spray to ensure a golden, crispy crust.

Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying the other side with oil.

Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, then air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
