Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions

    Slice the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips.

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

    Add chicken to the pan and sear until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

    Add the frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
