Ingredients
- 2 6 oz portions Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove, minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt and black pepper
- 1 teaspoon, chopped Fresh parsley(optional)
Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon in the pan, skin-side up (if applicable). Sear for 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms.

Flip the salmon. Add the butter and minced garlic to the pan.

Once the butter melts and starts to foam, squeeze in the lemon juice and spoon the butter over the fish for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately with the pan sauce.
