Ingredients

  • 200 g Yakisoba noodles (or ramen noodles)
  • 100 g Imitation crab sticks
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce (or vegetarian alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Green onion, sliced(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Cook the noodles according to package directions (usually 3‑4 minutes), drain, and set aside.

  2. 2

While the noodles cook, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium‑high heat.

  3. 3

Add the carrot and bell pepper; stir‑fry for 2 minutes, then add the cabbage and continue cooking until vegetables are tender‑crisp, about 2 more minutes.

  4. 4

Add the imitation crab and cooked noodles to the pan; pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over everything and toss to coat, cooking 1‑2 minutes until heated through.

  5. 5

Remove from heat, garnish with optional green onion and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
