Vegetable Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Lo Mein noodles or spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Snow peas
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-脆.

    Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture to the pan.

    Toss everything together for 2 minutes until the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
