  • 100 grams Sashimi-grade Tuna
  • 0.5 piece English Cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Pickled ginger
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black sesame seeds(optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

    Rinse the sushi rice until water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.

    While rice is hot, fold in rice vinegar and sugar gently, then let it cool to room temperature.

    Thinly slice the salmon and tuna into small squares approximately 2 inches wide.
