- 1 lb Chicken wings (middle joint and tip)
- 1.5 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Sake (Japanese rice wine)
- 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon White pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 whole Lemon wedges(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds(optional)
