Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch Salt(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt until fully combined and slightly frothy (about 2 minutes).

  2. 2

Heat a non‑stick skillet over medium‑low heat and add half the oil, swirling to coat the surface.

  3. 3

Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan, tilting to spread evenly; cook until the surface is just set, then gently roll the omelette toward the center. Push the roll to one side, add more oil if needed, and repeat with the remaining batter to create multiple thin layers, stacking them into a single roll.

  4. 4

Transfer the rolled omelette to a cutting board, let it rest for 30 seconds, then slice into bite‑size pieces and serve warm.
