Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil(optional)
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Water(optional)
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/3 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 medium Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice(optional)
  • 1/8 tsp Salt(optional)
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (10 minutes): In a bowl, mash the avocado with Greek yogurt and lime juice (add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired) to make quick avocado crema. Rinse and separate romaine leaves.

  2. 2

Cook (15 minutes): Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 10–12 minutes.

  3. 3

Stir in taco seasoning and water (if using). Cook 2–3 minutes until the mixture is evenly coated and slightly saucy.

  4. 4

Assemble: Spoon turkey into lettuce leaves, top with salsa and a drizzle of avocado crema. Serve immediately.
