Ingredients

  • 12 oz Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (or spicy chili sauce)
  • 2 cups Cooked white rice
  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage (slaw mix)
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (15 min): Pat shrimp dry. In a bowl, stir mayonnaise with sriracha and a squeeze of lime juice until smooth.

  2. 2

Cook (10 min): Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using), and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.

  3. 3

Finish shrimp: Turn off heat and toss hot shrimp with the spicy mayo until evenly coated. If needed, stir in soy sauce for extra savory flavor.

  4. 4

Assemble: Divide rice into 2 bowls. Top with crisp slaw (toss cabbage with a squeeze of lime juice). Spoon spicy mayo shrimp over the rice and slaw. Serve immediately.
