Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Smoked paprika
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 24 pieces Frozen mini waffles
- 2 cups Shredded cabbage mix
- 3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt and black pepper

Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.

While chicken cooks, whisk together apple cider vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt in a bowl, then toss with cabbage mix to make the slaw.

Remove chicken from the skillet and use two forks to shred it into bite-sized pieces.

Return the shredded chicken to the skillet and stir in the BBQ sauce until well coated and warmed through.

Place a generous spoonful of BBQ chicken onto half of the toasted waffles.
