- 1 cup yellow cornmeal

- 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 6 cloves roasted garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese(optional)
