Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 large Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds(optional)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced ginger, and garlic to create the sauce.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the broccoli and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss constantly for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
