
Seaweed Sesame Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 180 g Pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 4 g Dried seaweed (wakame), rehydrated and chopped
- 1 small Cucumber
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Honey or sugar
- 1 clove Garlic(optional)
- 0.5 tsp Ginger (grated)(optional)
- to taste Salt(optional)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Drain and rinse briefly under cool water, then drain well.

While the pasta cooks, rehydrate the dried seaweed in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain and chop. Dice the cucumber.

In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey (or sugar), and (if using) grated garlic and ginger.

Toss the cooled pasta with seaweed and cucumber. Pour in the sesame dressing and toss until evenly coated.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
