Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey(optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp green onions(optional)
  • 2 pcs tortillas (large)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (about 15 minutes total): Pat the salmon dry and cut into 2–3 pieces for even cooking. Shred the cabbage and slice the green onions. In a small bowl, mix sriracha, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey (if using).

  2. 2

Cook (about 12 minutes): Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook until it flakes easily, about 5–6 minutes per side (or until done).

  3. 3

Assemble: Remove salmon to a plate and flake with a fork. Stir the salmon into the sriracha-lime sauce until coated.

  4. 4

Finish: Warm tortillas briefly if desired. Divide cabbage between tortillas, top with sriracha-lime salmon, sprinkle with green onions, and wrap tightly. Serve immediately.
