Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Honey-oat granola
  • 0.25 cup Sliced almonds(optional)
  • 4 sprigs Fresh mint leaves(optional)

Instructions

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

    Whisk the yogurt mixture until smooth and the sweetener is fully incorporated.

    Wash all berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.

    Take four clear glasses or jars and place 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of each.

    Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt, followed by a generous sprinkle of granola.

    Repeat the layers once more, ending with a dollop of yogurt on top.

    Garnish the top with the remaining berries and a sprinkle of sliced almonds if desired.

    Serve immediately to ensure the granola stays crunchy, or refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
